Applications
Detect metals inside aluminum packages, good performance for watered/steamed products, aluminum foil packed products, salty/pickled products and any other kinds packaged products.
NIP-IIID is equipment to detect metal foreign substances by oscillation of magnetic field which is being made by coil while the metal is passing through the magnetic field.
NIP-IIID is possible to detect metal foreign substances with high sensing function without effects to the products of aluminum package, aluminum attached, salt and oil contained which are hardly being detected by current metal detector.

Magnetic Field Sensing Method
· As separated upper and lower magnetic field sensing method, it is energy saving type with rare disorder.
Wide range of temperature for detecting operation
· Detection can be made in the range of -15C~+80. Therefore detection can be made under the steaming circumstances from the process of production or frozen foods.
High sensitivity detection shall be made for high level of salinity or watered product.
· High sensitivity detection can be made for high level of salinity and watered products such as iced confectionery, spices, slated seafood, lunch box and instant noodle.
Easy setting by simple operation
· Detection sensitivity and setting of function can be changed easily by Hangul touch screen monitor.
Adaptable to various manufacturing environment
· The height of tunnel can be made from 90mm to maximum 180mm.
